Our Story
Kemern is a story about nature! About forgotten natural treasures right here in Latvia. Mud and hydrogen sulfide mineral water.
The idea for Kemern came about when I returned with my family from a vacation in Jordan, where Dead Sea mud is widely distributed and is sold in a variety of forms and packages.
That's how the Kemern story began - in the city of Jurmala, where we have these two natural treasures, which can be enjoyed both in rehabilitation centers and at home.
Kemern is the only brand in Latvia that produces cosmetics based on hydrogen sulfide mineral water and mud.
MEDICINAL VALUE
Latvia has been known for its resorts and sanatoriums since the 19th century, where mud and mineral water are used in medical and healing treatments.
Kemern mud is a biologically active natural product, which is saturated with biologically active substances so necessary for the human body and health – humic acid, fulvic acid, lipids and enzymes, as well as a wide range of vitamins – A, D, B, B2, B12, folic acid, etc.
In the production process of Kemern products, not only specially treated mud and mineral water are used, but also specially developed plant cell extracts, which complement the bioactive effectiveness of the products.
